Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assisting the Financial Advisor
• Preparing accurate support materials
• Scheduling appointments for the Financial Advisor
• Logging and filing all paperwork
• Keeping a list of client calls and being able to communicate messages to the Financial Advisor effectively and with extreme attention to detail

Qualifications and Skills

• Financial industry experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain a professional level of confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
