Antique child’s toy rocker

Antique….circa 1884. Authenticated by letter dated 4/69 I which my then 86 YO grand aunt chronicles her knowledge of it’s origins. I believe it to have been hand made. In excellent condition, only slight wear on the underside of the rockers. Folds up 3 1/2 wide by x 10″ tall x9 1/2″ long.
