ISO Quarter horse for kid to trail ride

I am looking for a forever horse I plan to buy and keep. A quarter horse for my six year old to learn how to ride on. Looking for something super safe that she can grow up riding. Beginner safe, sound, calm, kid friendly, stands tied, stands for farrier, loads, trail rides. Papers are a plus. Only quarter horses please. If you won’t put your kid on it I won’t put mine.
