KLEPPER AERIUS 20 folding kayak

A KLEPPER AERIUS 20 folding kayak for sale. The Aerius 20 was manufactured between 1975 and 1978, supposedly to capture a French military contract. The bow, keel boards and fore and aft frame ribs are connected with hinges, forming separate bow and stern frame assemblies. This reduced the number of loose parts, improved frame rigidity and reduced assembly time.
The keel strip, hull rubber and deck areas have been patched/repaired where necessary. Two sliding frame hinges have been replicated.
All seats and rudder parts are present and working, except half of the original spray cover. Sponsons hold air. Two original wood paddles included.
