I will show this unit by appointment only. We love this RV. Great layout, plenty of room for a couple or up to 4.. The reason this is for sale is because we purchased a motorhome. It has a very unique layout and is very spacious. The model number is 29RE.
Book value on this unit with the options is $23,500. We have it marked down for a couple reasons.
It needs the fabric replaced on the patio awning. The awning is fully operational but the fabric was hit by a branch and created a small hole. That hole gathered water and the layers of the material separated a bit. This should be replaced.
3 of the day/night shades need to be restrung. Over time the strings get weak. Some people buy whole new sets but they can be restrung. It’s fairly simple and there are tons of videos online.
The large slide topper could be replaced. It’s simply not as tight as it used to be.
The latch for the screen door needs to be replaced. This item is $9 in an RV catalog and probably less on eBay.
These items are not too difficult but rather time consuming with my current schedule. I’ve adjusted the price to reflect the cost to have these items done if you had to pay an RV repair person. Then I took a little more off that price to reflect the stated selling price you see above.
